A large-scale pharmacy network with branches in various cities appealed to us with the inquiry: “We need create a website that will allow customers from any city to get useful materials and have the possibility of getting in touch with a drugstore representative online. We also need to provide a communication system for all drugstore employees.”
Our company developed a website with “external” public sections for the drugstore network’s customers and “internal” sections with limited access for company employees.
The external site offers customers the opportunity to get information about the drugstores’ and other organizations’ activities and ask company representatives questions. It also contains a questions and answers section, a page for comments, and a vast section of useful information for customers such as articles about different aspects of health and beauty.
The internal site is available for authorized users only—company personnel—allowing them to handle organizational issues. It includes a bulletin board on various subjects, a library of useful articles and links, and forms for internal requests.
Company employees can be assigned sections or pages of the system to edit, and those assigned can easily edit the site content.
To improve communication between employees located in different cities, we created a forum, a chat room, and a voting system for employees to vote for top-performing colleagues.
